How can we help you?
For exterior wooden surfaces, we recommend using a polyurethane varnish, as it offers excellent resistance to weather conditions, moisture, and UV radiation. It forms a durable, protective film that helps preserve the wood’s natural appearance and extend its lifespan.

Bubbles usually form due to moisture or poor surface preparation. To prevent them, make sure the wall is clean, dry, and free of dust before you begin. Apply a suitable primer—such as NEOSTRONG PRIMER—and paint in thin, even coats. Avoid painting under high humidity conditions, as this can also lead to bubbling.

For outdoor installations, it’s essential to use a tile adhesive that can withstand weather conditions, moisture, and temperature fluctuations. Cement-based adhesives with added elasticity are ideal, as they provide strong bonding and long-term durability under challenging environmental conditions.

External thermal insulation significantly improves a building’s thermal performance by reducing heat loss during winter and keeping interiors cooler in summer. This decreases the need for continuous heating or air conditioning, leading to substantial energy savings and lower utility bills. Additionally, it protects the building from moisture damage and extends its lifespan. Discover more about our NEOTHERM SYSTEM here.
Roof thermal insulation is a process applied to a building’s roof to reduce heat loss during winter and prevent heat gain in summer. Common materials used include mineral wool (rock wool), extruded polystyrene boards, lightweight concrete, and coating materials with insulating properties, such as Lava Proof. Proper insulation helps minimize energy loss and maintain a stable indoor temperature throughout the year. Explore our roof insulation systems here.
For a kitchen, the paint should be durable, washable, and resistant to moisture and stains.
The best options include:
– Acrylic or water-based plastic paints with satin or semi-gloss finish – These are washable, easy to clean from grease and stains, and moisture-resistant.
– High-performance washable paints – Specifically designed for high-use areas, offering excellent durability during cleaning.
– Anti-mold paints – If moisture is a concern in your kitchen, anti-mold paint helps prevent mold growth.

The final finish in an external thermal insulation system plays a crucial role in both the durability and aesthetics of the building. The main options are:
– Acrylic plaster
– Highly elastic with crack resistance
– Water-repellent (hydrophobic), breathable, and resistant to dirt absorption
– Available in various textures (fine, medium, coarse)
– Silicone-based plaster
– Excellent breathability and hydrophobic properties
– Outstanding resistance to harsh weather conditions
– Dirt-resistant and self-cleaning when exposed to rain
The most common cause is moisture, which can come from external weather conditions or poor ventilation leading to high humidity levels. It can also result from using low-quality paint or failing to apply a primer before painting.
For walls: Measure the length of each wall and multiply by its height to get the wall area. If there are openings (doors, windows), measure their area the same way and subtract it from the total wall area. Repeat this for all walls and add up the results to get the total square meters (m²) of wall surface to be painted.
For ceilings: Measure the length and width of the room and multiply them to get the ceiling area in square meters (m²).
For both walls and ceilings, divide the total paintable surface area by the paint coverage per liter (usually about 8–10 m²/L). This gives you the amount of paint needed for one coat. Multiply this amount by the number of coats required — typically 2 coats for interior spaces and 3 for exterior surfaces — to get the total liters of paint needed.

Yes! Thermal insulation can be added by installing polystyrene boards or mineral wool (rock wool) panels. It is recommended to consult an energy engineer to determine the appropriate type and thickness of insulation boards needed to ensure your space is energy efficient.

Maintenance should be done 1) preventively and 2) whenever there is a problem, to ensure the longevity of the existing insulation. It’s important to carry out maintenance on the roof as soon as any cracks or surface damage are detected to prevent larger issues from developing. Usually, material wear is caused by external factors such as weather conditions, improper use of the insulated area, or the application of unsuitable products.

Yes, it can! We recommend applying the hybrid thermal insulation material Lava Proof in 2–3 layers, after first using the surface stabilizer Neostrong Primer.
— If the bitumen membrane is worn or completely damaged, partial or full removal is necessary, followed by reapplication of waterproofing along with simultaneous thermal insulation of the roof.
