With more than 50 years of experience in the construction materials and decorative coatings industry, NEOCHROM has established itself as a trusted manufacturer offering a comprehensive range of more than 150 products.

Over the years, we have continuously expanded and developed our product portfolio to meet the evolving needs of professionals and customers in the construction industry. Our products comply with applicable European standards and are supported by recognised certifications, reflecting our ongoing commitment to quality, reliability and performance.

Our production facilities are equipped with modern technology and manufacturing systems designed to meet high standards of quality, safety and environmental responsibility. NEOCHROM operates certified management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 for Quality Management and ISO 14001 for Environmental Management, certified by TÜV NORD.

Our privately owned manufacturing facilities are located in the Agia Irini area of Limassol, Cyprus, on a site covering approximately 15,000 m², with more than 5,000 m² of covered facilities. The site also houses the company’s headquarters, while our showroom and retail & DIY store are located in central Limassol.

NEOCHROM offers an extensive range of products and solutions for the construction industry, with continuous investment in research, product development and innovation. Alongside the development of new solutions, we are equally committed to improving and upgrading our existing products.

Throughout our history, we have introduced a wide range of specialised products to the market, including Armofill, Cracksfill, Grafiatex, Marmaris, Marbletex Cement, Lava Proof, Thermopaint, Aralex and Neotherm Polymer, among others.

Our Research & Development Department closely monitors the construction market, identifying emerging needs while following international developments in materials, technology, application techniques, design trends and environmentally responsible solutions.

This continuous process enables us to develop new products and improve existing ones, with solutions designed to meet both the requirements of the construction industry and the specific conditions of the Cypriot market.

New products undergo extensive development, testing and quality-control procedures before being introduced to the market. Application trials and samples are also carried out under practical conditions to evaluate product performance and application characteristics.

Knowledge transfer is equally important to us. NEOCHROM organises theoretical and practical training for its personnel, applicators, construction professionals and partners, providing information on new products, application methods and developments within the industry.
