Delivery
NEOCHROM LTD delivers the products you have purchased using ACS Courier.
NEOCHROM LTD has a written & signed agreement with the above mentioned couriers regarding delivery of items.

Orders can be delivered:
• At your door by ACS – €5
• Collected from ACS courier’s office in your town – €3
• For all orders €70 and above – FREE of charge

NEOCHROM LTD insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by NEOCHROM LTD, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
• Orders will be delivered in max 2-5 working days.
• Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
• Please note that we do not deliver on Weekends and Bank holidays.

Delivery Methods
Delivery at your door is available for addresses within city limits. Your parcel will be delivered between 9am 6:00pm Monday to Friday, as requested either in the morning or afternoon.
For locations outside of city limits, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest ACS Courier office. The courier will contact you beforehand to confirm when the parcel is ready for collection.
Available delivery options will be displayed at the checkout page once you have completed your delivery address and postal code.

International
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at the moment. In case this change we will advertise it in our website and inform our customers accordingly.
