NEOCHROM is looking to hire a person immediately for the position: Quantity Surveyor.

Duties:

• Cost Estimation: Calculation of required materials and labor costs for renovation and insulation projects
• Material Measurement: Counting and verifying the required materials for each project
• Report Preparation: Creating reports and technical documentation for projects

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quantity surveying or a similar position in the construction industry
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Works, or a related field
• Good written and spoken command of Greek and English
• Strong technical understanding and interest in construction projects
• Valid driver’s license
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Team spirit
• Seriousness and responsibility
• Active and dynamic personality
